The project included complete interior demolition and asbestos removal from a 250,000 sq.ft, five-story dormitory at Yale University in New Haven, CT. The work was performed in common areas, dormitory rooms, basement storage areas, mechanical equipment rooms, music rooms, and squash quarts.
The entire project was completed upon schedule in four months. The ACM construction team utilized up to 52 workers per shift with six 12 hour shifts per week. They met and surpassed all scheduled completion dates. Because of the excellent team effort with Daniel O’Connell’s Sons, Inc., the entire project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget.
