Meet The Team
Christopher J. Frackiewicz, Chief Executive Officer
Chris Frackiewicz founded ACM Consulting Corporation in 1995 after nine years of serving the environmental remediation industry. In addition to overseeing daily operations, Chris is accountable for establishing strategic direction, improving overall performance by capitalizing on synergies among business establishments, and providing guidance on all fronts, including but not limited to sales, marketing, training, hiring, resource management, and capital investments.His intimate project involvement, understanding, and ability to consistently deliver client satisfaction no matter the job complexity or logistical constraints achieve impressive client loyalty. During initial project design and scheduling the firms, clients, architects, and engineers benefit from his “hands-on” approach, method of procedure, extensive experience, and best practice.
Through his vision and guidance, ACM Consulting Corporation evolved from purely an environmental remediation entity to a full-service abatement, demolition, and fireproofing company. Continuing to expand the firms’ capabilities, beginning in January 2020, complete electrical contracting services are available through its partner corporation, ACM Electric.
The organization’s continued growth and success is a testament to his passion for the business and commitment to complete client satisfaction.
Erik Carlson, Vice President
Joining ACM Consulting Corp. in 2015, Erik has accumulated 15 years of commercial and retail construction experience directing a multitude of projects throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, ranging widely in magnitude of both scope and scale. As a dedicated and trusted Construction Project Executive, Erik has extensive experience in successfully delivering high-end retail, commercial, federal, and environmental construction projects through the use of strong and effective leadership, communication, and creative thinking skills. Erik continually and ambitiously pushes in envelope, evolving ACM Corp. and ensuring we maintain our standard of industry excellence.

Scope included full gut removals with large scale asbestos and lead abatement. - Macy’s Herald Square, NY:
2015 – $18MM high-end bar and grill restaurant, $25MM Retail, and $5MM Electrical Infrastructure projects simultaneously with fast track completion in 6 to 8 Months - 2014 – $20MM Retail, $2MM Food, $5MM Mechanical, and $5MM electrical infrastructure projects simultaneously within 8 Months total time.
Scope included full gut removals with large scale asbestos abatement, back bone mechanical and electrical support infrastructure, as well as the re-construction and restorative efforts to establish a modernized state-of-the-art retail, shopping, and dining environment.
Responsibility
Erik is responsible for all facets of project execution including but not limited to business development; budgeting and estimating; labor and resource acquisitions; allocation and scheduling; project coordination and communication; preparation and submission of all necessary documentation with city and state agencies; finance management and project close out.
Education
Erik earned his degree in Construction Management and Civil Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
Denis Ramirez, Vice President
Denis is responsible to work with Executive leadership to identify, plan, and carry out growth and profitability initiatives for the electrical business. He is accountable for the full project life cycle, from estimating and budgeting to project management and closeout. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the electrical business and project cost controls, working closely with field staff to forecast job expenses and ensure projects remain within estimated amounts. Denis is also the one who reviews staffing levels are properly maintained and justified to meet business and client objectives. He assures compliance with contract scope is achieved on a constant basis and assists in developing and maintaining positive relationships with key client contacts; engaging in regular interactions to maximize customer satisfaction.Prior to ACM Electric, Denis worked as lead estimator and project manager for a New York-based electrical firm. Earlier in his career, he held various roles for both a nationally recognized builder and a primer construction firm concentrating in the NJ and NYC Metropolitan market.
Education
Denis holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the City University of New York, City College.

Kenny Nardoza, Superintendent
Kenny joins ACM Electric with over thirty-seven years of commercial electrical construction experience. Kenny’s experience gives him a unique perspective he then applies to all phases of each construction project undertaken. Kenny is the liaison between ACM Electric’s company management and the Union, ensuring maintenance of an ongoing amicable and working relationship. Kenny assists with estimate and proposal development, manages manpower allocation and sourcing, site safety, and ensures project completion. Kenny’s attention to detail, understanding, and sensitivity to project needs ensures projects are consistently delivered on time and within budget.Notable projects:

Electrical infrastructure upgrade of a major retail store spanning an entire city block in the heart of New York City. Serving as general foreman, Kenny’s logistical input ensured uninterrupted continuity of services throughout the duration of the project but also saved the client time and money by value engineering new feeder routes going through various floors undergoing construction.
